Hi, this is Dr Hill. Has she had her parvo vaccines? Any vomiting? Is she eating? How much does she weigh?

Ok it is concerning if she is slightly pale with the bloody diarrhea and vomiting. Since shes so small she can get dehydrated very quickly. I would recommend taking her into emergency to be seen. She will probably need fluids and antibiotics to protect her since her intestine is ulcerated. IF thats not possible tonight I would give her 1/4 of pepcid Ac 10 mg to help settle her stomach. You can try and give her pedialiyte to keep her hydrated. And start a bland diet tomorrow of white rice and boiled chicken breast. But again ideally taking her in tonight would be the best choice.I hope this helps. If you have any other questions let me know and I will help you however I can.
